Primary Focus & Experience
York regularly advises financial institutions as well as public and private issuers on a variety of Rule 144A and Regulation S offerings of debt and equity-linked capital markets transactions across Southeast, South and North Asia, including high yield and investment grade debt offerings, initial public offerings, share placements, tender offers, exchange offers and consent solicitations. His experience spans sectors, including power and energy, real estate, finance, retail and consumer and he has particular experience advising on sovereign offerings. In addition to his work in the capital markets space, York has experience advising on cross-border M&A and private equity transactions.
York is bilingual in English and Mandarin.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Wu earned his J.D. from New York University School of Law. He received his B.S. in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, with honors, from the University of California, Berkeley.
