Vincent Lau

Primary Focus & Experience

Vincent regularly advises banks, credit funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on a variety of cross-border finance transactions, including acquisition and leveraged finance, real estate finance, margin lending and general corporate lending.

He has experience across senior secured debt, unitranche, junior debt (second lien, mezzanine, PIK notes) that spans a wide number of sectors. He regularly works on cross-border transactions across the Asia Pacific region, including Japan, India, Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and rest of Southeast Asia.  

Vincent is dual qualified as a solicitor in Hong Kong and as an attorney in New York, and he is currently the Chair of the APLMA Hong Kong Young Leaders Committee.
