Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Ureña’s practice focuses on the representation of a wide range of executive compensation and benefits-related matters in connection with initial public offerings, mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions including drafting, negotiating, and designing various compensation-related agreements, plans, and programs. Ms. Ureña regularly advises clients on various plans and agreements including cash and equity-based incentive plans and agreements, and severance; as well as deferred compensation, executive employment, and change in control.
