Seth Moreida is an associate in the New York office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Tax Group.

Mr. Moreida graduated from Tufts University summa cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Moreida graduated from Fordham University School of Law magna cum laude and in the top 10% of his graduating class. He also won the Law School’s Milton Young Prize for Academic Excellence in Tax Coursework, and was a Mary Daly Scholar and Order of the Coif Member. He also served as the Notes and Articles Editor of the Fordham Journal of Corporate and Financial Law.
