Primary Focus & Experience
Paul advises sponsors, corporates, and financial institutions on complex cross-border finance transactions, with a focus on acquisition finance, project finance, direct lending, and structured credit across Southeast Asia, the Middle East, India, and Europe.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Prior to joining Milbank, Paul was an associate at a top-tier international law firm headquartered in the UK, where he acted on a number of high-profile and market-leading transactions. He holds a BA in Law from the University of Cambridge, as well as a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from the London School of Economics. He is admitted to practice before the Senior Courts of England and Wales.
