Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Edwards’ practice focuses on representing banks, direct lenders and other financial institutions in debt financing transactions. Mr. Edwards has experience representing lenders in acquisition financings and distressed situations.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Mr. Edwards received his J.D. from Columbia Law School and his B.A. from Georgetown University.
During his time at Georgetown University, Mr. Edwards played varsity football and was placed on the Patriot League Academic Honor Roll for four consecutive years. At Columbia Law School, Mr. Edwards was a staff editor for the Columbia Law Review and served as the Alumni Chair of Columbia’s Black Law Students Association. He is also a member of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc.
