Lauren Kava

Primary Focus & Experience

Lauren has advised international clients on project development and financings, public and private M&A, equity capital raisings, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, and commercial transactions across a broad range of industries. Her experience includes leading and coordinating due diligence processes, assisting with drafting and reviewing transaction documents and managing the completion for transactions which include preparation of closing checklist and closing deliverables, coordinated signing process and all other necessary steps for transaction closing.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Prior to joining Milbank, Lauren worked at a leading Australian law firm. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice from the College of Law in Sydney and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
