Lauren Kava

Primary Focus & Experience

Lauren’s practice focuses on a broad range of international corporate and financial transactions, including M&A transactions, co-investments, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, project development and financings and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industries. 

Recognition & Accomplishments

Prior to joining Milbank, Lauren worked at a leading Australian law firm. She holds a Graduate Certificate in Legal Practice from the College of Law in Sydney and a Juris Doctor from the University of Sydney. She is admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of New South Wales, Australia.
