Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Baumberger’s practice focuses on the representation of lenders and borrowers in domestic and cross-border financing transactions, debt restructurings and structured financings. Recent areas of particular focus include alternative asset manager financing solutions and structured transactions. Ms. Baumberger also has experience with direct lending, first and second lien credit facilities, syndicated acquisition financings, DIP and exit facilities, and asset-based lending.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Baumberger was named to Bloomberg Law’s 2025 “They’ve Got Next: The 40 Under 40” list, which recognizes the accomplishments of stellar young lawyers nationwide, honoring the next generation of legal leaders who excel at client work, while taking on leadership and mentorship roles as well as pro bono work.
In 2025 and 2023, Ms. Baumberger was shortlisted as “North America Structured Finance & Securitization Lawyer of the Year” at Euromoney’s Women in Business Law Awards.
Ms. Baumberger earned her J.D., magna cum laude, from the University of Michigan. She received her B.A., summa cum laude, from Kalamazoo College.
