Primary Focus & Experience
Ms. Kang represents banks and other financial institutions in a broad range of domestic and international financing transactions. Her experience includes acquisition financings, first and second lien financings, loan commitments, refinancing transactions and other secured and unsecured lending transactions.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ms. Kang earned her J.D. from Duke University, where she was a member of the Duke Journal of Comparative and International Law. Ms. Kang received her B.A., cum laude, also from Duke University. She is fluent in Korean.
