Mr. Njoku’s practice focuses on the representation of public and private companies in a broad range of corporate matters, including complex mergers and acquisitions, equity and asset dispositions, joint ventures, matters related to corporate governance and other corporate transactions. Mr. Njoku regularly represents clients in competitive auction scenarios, both as sellers and bidders.
