Primary Focus & Experience
Joseph’s practice focuses on project finance, leveraged finance and other general corporate and financing transactions. Joseph regularly acts for sponsors, borrowers, lenders, agents and export credit agencies on various types of domestic and cross-border financings, projects and investments.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Prior to joining Milbank, Joseph worked at another leading US law firm in New York. He began his career with a leading global law firm in Canada. He is bilingual in Korean and English.
