Primary Focus & Experience

Jordan’s practice focuses on corporate aspects of private equity transactions. Jordan has experience acting on a broad range of corporate matters, with specific experience in domestic and cross border M&A and private equity transactions, portfolio company bolt-on acquisitions, and a variety of other general corporate matters.

A selection of Jordan’s experience includes advising:

  • Charterhouse Capital Partners on the acquisition of a majority stake in Two Circles
  • Stirling Square Capital Partners on the sale of Outcomes First Group
