Jana specializes in corporate law, M&A transactions and private equity with a focus on acquisitions, joint ventures and equity syndications as well as complex infrastructure projects.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Jana studied law at Albert-Ludwigs-Universität in Freiburg, and at University of Aberdeen. As part of her training, she gained practical experience at international law firms.
Jana is admitted to the German bar and speaks German, English and Russian.
