Primary Focus & Experience
Franca has experience advising sponsors, borrowers, lenders and funds on the financing and development of international projects across multiple jurisdictions, vessel financing, and various refinancing of various infrastructure assets.
Her experience includes advising:
- Green Investment Group and Corio on its joint venture arrangements with regional partners for offshore wind in the Asia Pacific region.
- Sponsors on one of the largest bank and bond refinancings for a liquefied natural gas (LNG) project in Australia.
- Lenders on the acquisition and project financing of the Triton Knoll Offshore Electricity Transmission (OFTO)
- European sponsors in a financing for solar portfolios in Vietnam.
- Lenders on the extension of Cubico Sustainable Investment's existing USD 700 million corporate facility
- Syndicate of Lenders in a EUR 300 million financing and capital raised for a Poland based data centre.
- Lenders in a platform migration and private bond placement for an infrastructure asset.
- Development finance institutions in various financings in South America and the Middle East.
Prior to joining Milbank, Franca practiced in the London office and Tokyo office of a major international law firm.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Franca earned her J.D. from Australian National University and she received her Bachelor of Science in Biology from the University of Tsukuba.
