Erin Zhang is an associate in Milbank’s Singapore office and a member of the firm’s Global Project, Energy and Infrastructure Finance Group. Erin’s practice focuses on complex cross-border M&A transactions as well as representing private equity sponsors, borrowers and lenders on a range of cross-border financings.
