Sarah-Maria Resch advises in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions with a focus on private equity transactions and in general corporate law matters.

Recognition & Accomplishments

She studied law at the University of Heidelberg and at the University of Leeds (United Kingdom). She holds a doctoral degree from the University of Heidelberg, where she also worked at the Institute for German and European Corporate and Commercial Law. Before joining Milbank, she spent her clerkship period (Referendariat) in Frankfurt, as part of which she gained practical experience at international law firms.

Sarah-Maria Resch is admitted to the German bar and speaks German and English.
