He advises leading private equity houses, financial institutions, direct lenders and corporate institutions on domestic as well as cross-border transactions, including acquisition finance, secured and unsecured bank lending and syndicated loans.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Ludwig Reißmann studied law at the University of Passau and the London School of Economics and Political Science (LL.M.). He is a former scholarship holder of the Konrad Adenauer Foundation and the BCCG Foundation.
He is admitted to the German bar and speaks both German and English.
