Primary Focus & Experience
Deirdre has experience advising both lenders and borrowers on a wide range of complex domestic and cross-border banking and finance transactions, including leveraged and acquisition finance transactions. Her experience spans a number of jurisdictions and sectors including telecommunications, media, technology, finance and retail.
Recognition & Accomplishments
Prior to joining Milbank, Deirdre worked as an associate in the Singapore office of a Magic Circle law firm and the London office of a leading US law firm.
