Mr. Naftulin's recent experience includes the representation of:

• The lenders in connection with the $1.05 billion HoldCo refinancing of Apex Clean Energy’s renewable energy portfolio.
• Rowan Digital Infrastructure in connection with approximately $3.5 billion in financing for two Texas data center developments.
• Nexus Water Group’s subsidiaries as issuers in connection with four private placement offerings exceeding $1 billion in the aggregate.
• Nexus Water Group in connection with SouthWest Water Company’s approximately $975 million refinancing. 
• Nexus Water Group in connection with its $300 million refinancing of a revolving credit facility. 
• The lenders in connection with the $610.5 million refinancing of a large portfolio of wind, solar and hydro-powered energy projects in Chile.
• The lenders in connection with the financing of the Lancium Clean Campus, comprising eight data center buildings with the aggregate capacity of 1,200 MW.
• The coordinating leading arrangers in connection with an approximately $544 million financing of a 250 MWac / 1000 MWh standalone battery storage facility to be located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
• The lenders in connection with the approximately $300 million back-leveraged construction financing of a wind facility.

Recognition & Accomplishments

Mr. Naftulin received his J.D. from George Washington University and his B.A. from McGill University. He is admitted to practice in New York and the District of Columbia.
