Danielle Kilduff is an associate in the London office of Milbank LLP and a member of the firm’s Alternative Investments Practice.
Primary Focus & Experience
Danielle has experience working on a broad a broad range of finance matters, with specific experience in structured finance. Danielle is continuing to develop a broad structured finance practice, including securitizations amongst multiple asset classes, CLOs, derivatives and regulatory work.
