Primary Focus & Experience

Benjamin has experience representing asset managers, banks, and corporates on a range of domestic and cross-border securitisation and structured finance transactions across various asset classes (including mortgages, auto loans, equipment leases, development finance loans, student loans, and credit card receivables), comprising both public and private transactions in the form of public ABS deals, warehouse facilities, forward-flow financings, collateralised loan obligations, and whole business securitisations in the regulated utilities sector, as well as other bespoke asset-based financing arrangements. Benjamin also has experience advising on the related UK and EU securitisation regulatory frameworks.
