• Advent International on its acquisition of a majority stake in the Australian luxury fashion brand ZIMMERMANN.
• Ascendant Capital Partners on its partial exit from Hong Kong listed, SciClone Pharmaceuticals.
• Ayala and AC Health in respect of ABC Impact’s acquisition of a minority stake in AC Health.
• Bain Capital Credit on its structured investment into Mayapada Hospital.
• Baring Private Equity Asia on its acquisition of the SPi Global business from Partners Group.
• CVC Capital Partners in connection with:
  • its investment in, and subsequent VTO in respect of, Indonesian listed PT Siloam International Hospitals;
  • the disposal of its interest in Road King (China) Infrastructure Limited;
  • the privatization of Hong Kong listed, Razer Inc; and
  • the privatization of Hong Kong listed, I.T Limited.
• Galaxy Entertainment on its investment in WM Motor Holdings Limited, a leading PRC electric vehicle manufacturer.
• GTP Holdings on the sale of Green Transition Partners to HSBC Global Asset Management.
• HSBC Asset Management’s Energy Transition Infrastructure team on its investment into SP Mobility.
• Metro Pacific Investment Corporation on the disposal of its 50% interest in Philippine Coastal Storage & Pipeline Corporation.
• PLDT on its series of sales of telecom towers and related passive infrastructure to EdgePoint, edotco Group, Frontier Tower Associates Philippines, and Unity Digital Infrastructure, a joint venture between Aboitiz InfraCapital and Partners Group.
