Andrew's experience includes advising:
- Advent International on its acquisition of a majority stake in the Australian luxury fashion brand ZIMMERMANN.
- Ascendant Capital Partners on its partial exit from Hong Kong listed, SciClone Pharmaceuticals.
- Baring Private Equity Asia on its acquisition of the SPi Global business from Partners Group.
- CVC Capital Partners in connection with:
o the privatization of Hong Kong listed, Razer Inc; and
o the privatization of Hong Kong listed, I.T Limited. - Galaxy Entertainment on its investment in WM Motor Holdings Limited, a leading PRC electric vehicle manufacturer.
- GTP Holdings on the sale of Green Transition Partners to HSBC Global Asset Management.
- PLDT on its series of sales of telecom towers and related passive infrastructure to:
o EdgePoint;
o edotco Group;
o Frontier Tower Associates Philippines; and
o Unity Digital Infrastructure, a joint venture between Aboitiz InfraCapital and Partners Group.
