Primary Focus & Experience
Mr. Keller focuses his practice in the area of alternative investments. He has worked on a variety of matters in the structured credit space including CLO transactions, ABS, secured lending facilities and other bespoke and complex financing arrangements. Mr. Keller has also advised clients on regulatory matters including the US risk retention rules and the Volcker Rule.

Mr. Keller earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
