Andrew Keller is an associate in the Los Angeles office of Milbank and a member of the firm’s Alternative Investments Practice. 

Primary Focus & Experience

Mr. Keller focuses his practice in the area of alternative investments, with a particular emphasis on representing collateral managers in CLO transactions.  He has also represented clients in a wide variety of securitization and structured finance matters.

Mr. Keller has significant experience with secured lending transactions, including representations of borrowers and lenders in the negotiation of credit facilities and warehouse financings. 

In addition, Andrew has advised clients on the US risk retention rules and the Volcker Rule. 

Recognition & Accomplishments

Mr. Keller earned his J.D. from the University of Chicago Law School and his B.A. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Mr. Keller is a distinguished author and has published articles in legal journals in Asia, Europe and The United States.
