Milbank Germany partner Thomas Ingenhoven and associate Odilo Wallner are contributing authors to the “Germany” chapter in The Acquisition and Leveraged Finance Review, published in its sixth edition in December 2019. The chapter provides, among other subjects, an overview of laws and practices in jurisdictions relating to acquisition financing and leveraged finance. The review is intended to contribute to the knowledge base of lawyers who participate, or aspire to participate, in leveraged finance used for acquisitions. Furthermore, the “US” and “UK” Chapters are written by partners and associates of Milbank’s London and New York offices.
