On March 27, Milbank partners Peter Nussbaum and Mathias Eisen will be featured speakers at the Private Equity & Venture Capital Summit in Munich hosted by the German Private Equity and Venture Capital Association BVK.
Mr. Nussbaum's topic will be Recent Developments in Co-investments in Germany. Mr. Eisen will be one of the leaders of the workshop (De)Leveraged? Hybrid financing structures in the post-BEPS age.
Participants will include, among others, representatives of BlackRock and the German Federal Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
