On November 19, Milbank partner Mathias Eisen will give a speech on recent developments of private debt unitranche financings at the Private Debt Funds Conference in Frankfurt hosted by German financial markets newspaper Börsen-Zeitung. Participants include, among others, representatives of Credit Suisse, Permira, EQT, BlackRock, HayFin, Rothschild, Pemberton, Oaktree, Berenberg Bank, Commerzbank, Citigroup and the German Federal Supervisory Authority (BaFin).
