Milbank’s Rebecca Marques, Karen McMaster Named Among IFLR1000 Women Leaders 2022

Milbank LLP London partners Rebecca Marques and Karen McMaster have been selected for inclusion in the 2022 IFLR Women Leaders list, an elite ranking category reserved for the most prominent women lawyers across the world working in the areas of law IFLR1000 researches.

Rebecca Marques is a partner in the firm’s European Leveraged Finance/Capital Markets group in London. Rebecca focuses on advising underwriters, issuers and sponsors on a range of complex financings in Europe, the United States and internationally, including leveraged buyouts, and in a wide variety of international securities transactions. Her practice and experience is broad, covering high yield debt offerings for leveraged buyouts and corporates, international capital markets transactions in general, liability management exercises and restructurings.

Karen McMaster is a partner in Milbank’s London office and a member of the firm’s Financial Restructuring group who assists buy-side and distressed investors and structure, negotiate and implement investments in distressed, stressed or special situation credits. She has particular experience in large capital multi-jurisdictional debt restructuring and reorganization and in helping corporates and creditors formulate strategy and navigate  insolvency and reorganization processes.
