Milbank Litigation & Arbitration attorney Katherine Fell has been appointed Vice Chair of the Trial Practice Committee of the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section for the 2021-2022 ABA year.
The ABA’s Antitrust Law Section is the foremost professional organization for antitrust/competition law and consumer protection globally, bringing together practitioners, government enforcers, academics and other stakeholders from all around the world who provide thought leadership on critical antitrust/competition and consumer protection issues. The Trial Practice Committee sponsors programming focused on antitrust trial work and courtroom advocacy, including the annual mock trial program held at the Spring Meeting.

Ms. Fell has a broad litigation and investigations practice, including significant antitrust litigation and trial experience. She has represented publicly traded companies and financial institutions in private antitrust litigation and class actions in state and federal court, and before the US Department of Justice Antitrust Division and other regulatory bodies.
