Milbank LLP is pleased to announce the addition of highly regarded litigator, Mona Vaswani, to Milbank’s London Litigation & Arbitration team.
Ms. Vaswani has a market-leading practice, which primarily focuses on banking, finance and regulatory disputes and civil fraud and asset tracing. She advises financial institutions involved in litigation in the English Courts and with ancillary regulatory issues and investigations. She conducts fraud and trust disputes for banks, corporates and high-net-worth individuals in the English courts, as well as dealing with such litigation taking place in offshore courts.

Ms. Vaswani joins the firm from Allen & Overy, where she served as head of the Fraud practice and co-head of the Banking, Finance and Regulatory Litigation practice. Ms. Vaswani has been consistently ranked as one of the UK’s top lawyers by Legal 500 and by Chambers UK, both in the Fraud: UK-wide and Banking Litigation categories, and she was named by Who’s Who Legal as a Thought Leader in Asset Recovery in 2019.
