Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration special counsel Kelly Dodge Garcia will speak at the International Bar Association (IBA) webinar on algorithmic pricing and competition law on May 13.
The webinar will examine how competition authorities and tribunals in the United States, European Union and Canada have applied traditional competition law and legal principles to the use and distribution of algorithmic pricing tools and similar technologies. Speakers will also address recent legal developments pertaining to information sharing and antitrust compliance strategies for users and providers of algorithmic pricing tools.
Prior to joining Milbank, Ms. Garcia served as a trial attorney in the Antitrust Division of the US Department of Justice, where she conducted several high-profile investigations across a variety of industries, including technology, media, sports, entertainment and communications.
