Milbank Represents Initial Purchasers in $1.35B High Yield Notes Offering for Acquisition of Compuware Software Group by BMC Software

Milbank LLP represented Jefferies Finance LLC, Macquarie Capital (USA) and KKR Capital Markets LLC as initial purchasers in connection with BMC Software’s offering of $1.35 billion in aggregate principal amount of notes, consisting of $600 million in first lien senior secured notes, €370 million in first lien senior secured notes and $350 million in second lien senior secured notes and a $75 million incremental revolving loan, to finance the acquisition of Compuware Software Group.
