Milbank LLP received three more “Deal of the Year” awards at the MENA IJGlobal Awards 2022 in Dubai on 26th April in further recognition of its market-leading work in the region. Milbank transactions were honored in the following categories:
- Renewables Deal of the Year – Wind and Export Finance Deal of the Year – Renewables - Amunet Wind Farm, Egypt: Milbank LLP advised JBIC, NEXI, IFC and the international and Egyptian commercial banks on the 505 MW Amunet Wind Project – the largest wind farm in Egypt.
- Power Deal of the Year – Transmission - Abu Dhabi Offshore Power Transmission Company: Milbank LLP advised the ECAs and commercial banks in connection with Project Lightning, ADNOC’s offshore power transmission project.
