Milbank LLP hosted its Annual Real Estate 3-on-3 Basketball Invitational on November 20, 2025, at Chelsea Piers. The tournament delivered high‑energy competition and networking, fueled by roaring cheers from players and fans alike for their favorite teams.
Participants included Milbank attorneys along with teams representing Apollo Global Management, ARES Management, Artemis Real Estate, Bravo Capital, Columbia Property Trust, Deutsche Bank, Dune Real Estate, DWS Asset Management, Eastdil Secured, Fulcrum Hospitality, JP Morgan, Machine Investment Group, Madison Realty Capital, Oxford Properties, PCCP, PIMCO, Prospect Ridge, Triangle Capital and Wellington Capital.
The championship final pitted Oxford Properties against Triangle Capital. While Triangle jumped out to a 7-0 lead, Oxford was able to rally and secure the victory. Oxford’s title comes nine years after its first championship, in the 2016 tournament.
Continuing its annual tradition, Milbank selected a partner charity for the Invitational, using the event to generate funds for organizations supported by clients.
This year’s partner charity was Smile Farms. Smile Farms creates meaningful paid work and training opportunities that empower people with developmental disabilities to build skills, confidence, and purpose through employment.
Commenting on the Invitational, Milbank’s Real Estate Practice Group Leader Erwin Dweck said, “Partnering with Smile Farms and our good friend Adam Frazier to raise funds for this remarkable nonprofit has been truly rewarding. We are proud that 100% of the funds raised will directly benefit Smile Farms and the meaningful opportunities they create in the community.”
