Marc P. Hanrahan is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and Practice Group Leader of the firm’s Leveraged Finance Group. He has represented major financing sources in acquisition financings for over 30 years. From the early days of LBO financings (including participation in the RJR Nabisco financing in the late 80s), during the financial crisis and through the loan markets current resurgence, he has been recognized as one of the most experienced and reliable sources of legal advice to financing sources globally.
Jonathan Green is a partner in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and co-chair of the firm’s Project Finance Group. He focuses his practice on representing lenders and borrowers in a wide range of international and domestic transactions, including green-field project financings, acquisitions and leveraged financings, and Public Private Partnerships, in the energy, power, mining & metals, and transportation industries.
