Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner Olivia Choe will be featured as a keynote speaker at the In-House Counsel Forum's Spring Academy on May 17 in Seoul, South Korea, in a discussion about US regulatory trends and recent developments in cybersecurity enforcement.
Ms. Choe’s practice focuses on civil and criminal enforcement actions and high-stakes litigation. Before joining Milbank, she served as Chief Litigation Counsel at the SEC. In this role she oversaw the nationwide litigation and trial program for the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, leading over 150 trial attorneys across the country.
