Milbank LLP Transportation and Space partner Joshua Forman presented “ISTAT AeroTalks: Loan ABS & AI” at the ISTAT EMEA conference on September 14, 2026 in Copenhagen, Denmark.
The AeroTalks series, which debuted at the conference last year, is a series of bold, TED Talk-style presentations focused on the forces that are redefining commercial aviation.
Mr. Forman’s presentation covered aviation loan ABS and modern artificial intelligence, market data, using AI as a working tool, opportunities and risks, cautionary notes and general advice. Mr. Forman advises across the full lifecycle of aircraft financings. His practice spans structured finance, capital markets, secured lending, restructurings, and portfolio financings, with particular depth in designing and implementing novel finance and leasing platforms for aircraft leasing companies, private equity sponsors and alternative lenders.
