Milbank LLP partner Jacqueline Chan will speak at The Tech Capital's APAC Finance Forum 2026, taking place on September 23 in Singapore.

Jacqueline will participate in the closing debate titled, "From sovereign ambition to bankable capacity: Who carries the risk?" examining how development, financing and technology risks in AI infrastructure should be divided between governments, operators and private capital, and what separates a credible AI infrastructure strategy from an expensive ambition.

Now in its fourth edition, the APAC Finance Forum convenes senior decision-makers from across investment, digital infrastructure, energy and policy to examine how capital is being deployed across developed and emerging Asia Pacific markets. Hosted by The Tech Capital in Singapore, the forum brings together a deliberately curated audience to discuss valuation, risk pricing and long-term infrastructure strategy.

Recognized as an exceptional leader and dealmaker, Ms. Chan advises on many of the most innovative, cutting-edge M&A, international corporate finance and distressed transactions in the Asia region. She was named to the Legal 500 “Hall of Fame” and is consistently commended by Chambers, IFLR1000 and other leading publications as a leading lawyer in the areas of mergers and acquisitions, banking and restructuring. Jacqueline was also named to The Tech Capital’s Digital Infrastructure Legal 50 Class of 2025, which recognizes the 50 most influential lawyers driving legal, regulatory and strategic development in digital infrastructure, including data centers, fiber, telecom towers, cloud and edge computing.
