Jacqueline Chan, a partner in Milbank LLP’s Singapore office, participated in a panel discussion on distressed corporate financing transactions at the 2025 Singapore Global Restructuring Initiative (SGRI) Conference on August 5. The conference offered critical insights into navigating complex financial challenges in a rapidly evolving global landscape.
The event brought together leading scholars, judges, practitioners and policymakers with a purpose to discuss key developments in international finance and distressed transactions across the region.
Ms. Chan was joined by Professor Anthony J. Casey (University of Chicago Law School), David Chew (Partner, DHC Capital), Anurag Das (Managing Partner, Rain Tree Capital), and Darius Tay (Partner, Bird & Bird).
