Jacqueline Chan, a partner in Milbank LLP’s Singapore office, has been named President of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA) Southeast Asia Chapter. Established in 1988, TMA has nearly 10,000 members in 54 chapters worldwide. Members include turnaround practitioners, attorneys, accountants, advisors, consultants, as well as academicians, government employees and members of the judiciary.
Recognized as an exceptional leader and dealmaker, Ms. Chan advises on many of the most innovative, cutting-edge M&A, international corporate finance and distressed transactions in the Asia region. She was named to the Legal 500 Hall of Fame and is consistently commended by Chambers, Euromoney and IFLR1000 as a Band 1/Leading Lawyer in the areas of restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and banking.
