Jacqueline Chan, a partner in Milbank LLP’s Singapore office, was a panelist on a panel discussion titled “Regulatory Horizons: Compliance and Policy in the Digital Infrastructure Ecosystem” at the 2025 APAC Finance Forum on September 25 in Singapore.
The panelists addressed the growing risks faced by infrastructure players in the APAC region, particularly given the increasingly critical nature of such infrastructure assets towards national and economic security. The panelists also discussed investment approaches used by investors to mitigate the impact of such regulatory and policy risks and the future growth of infrastructure investment in the region.
Ms. Chan was joined on the panel by Suresh Sidhu, CEO & Founder, EdgePoint Infrastructure; Gautam Saxena, Head of Corporate Finance, ING; and Zaid Hamzah, Executive Education Fellow, National University of Singapore.
