Milbank LLP Transportation and Space partner and Chair Drew Fine moderated the “Market Beat: Aircraft ABS Market” panel at SFVegas 2026 on February 24, 2026 in Las Vegas.
Discussing the aircraft ABS market that is hot currently, panelists covered: master trusts in aircraft ABS; aircraft Loan ABS versus aircraft Lease ABS; the return of equity notes (e-notes) in ABS; and the historical performance of aircraft ABS. Mr. Fine was joined by panelists Douglas Runte (Deutsche Bank), Alba Abourjeili (Western Asset Management Company LLC), Jakob Gallagher (Castlelake), Kalash Pandey (Goldman Sachs) and Alan Greenblatt (KBRA).
Mr. Fine, who has extensive experience in a wide variety of international financial and corporate transactions with particular experience involving aircraft, has worked on many of the most significant ABS and financings involving aircraft and railcars.
