Milbank LLP partner David Zemans moderated a panel discussion on “The State of the Global Legal Profession” at the 2023 Asia Pacific Legal Executive Briefing on March 8 in Singapore. Panelists addressed a range of topics, including adaptive leadership styles and lessons learned over the past three years; evolving market competition in a post-global landscape; workspace and service delivery implications of a hybrid working environment; and the battle for professional talent at home and abroad.
Mr. Zemans is Managing Partner of Milbank’s Asia Practice and Singapore office. He has advised clients on many of the largest and most complex corporate/M&A, restructuring, banking, project finance, and capital markets transactions completed across the Asia-Pacific region, including in Australia, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Cambodia, Vietnam, Singapore, Thailand and the Philippines.
