Milbank LLP Antitrust partner Adam Di Vincenzo has been appointed Co-chair of the Merger Guidelines Workshop by the American Bar Association Antitrust Law Section, the leading professional organization for antitrust and competition law, consumer protection and economics.
The Merger Guidelines Workshop is a half-day conference that will bring together thought leaders, judges and senior enforcement officials from the US Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission to discuss the agencies’ recent revisions to the Merger Guidelines. The new Guidelines, which were released on July 19, are the first major revision to the Guidelines in 13 years. They reflect the enforcement priorities of the Biden administration and will have far-reaching implications for merger reviews in the United States and abroad.
