Milbank LLP was honored as International Deal Firm of the Year at the Asian Legal Business (ALB) Korea Law Awards 2025, held on November 6 in Seoul.
The firm received this accolade after an outstanding year of achievements, advising on numerous landmark transactions. Key highlights include advising SK hynix on the $2 billion second phase closing of its $9 billion acquisition of Intel's global SSD and NAND flash memory business, representing several international financial institutions in connection with the $1.35 billion financing for the development and construction of an EV manufacturing plant by the Hyundai Motor Group, advising the lenders to the Ambatovy Project on the litigation of the first English law restructuring plan for a project financing, and acting for SK materials Inc. as lead investor in Group14 Technologies’ $463 million Series D funding round and concurrent BAM Factory divestiture.
