Milbank LLP Litigation & Arbitration partner Grant Mainland will speak on a gaming law panel at the 2026 American Bar Association (ABA) Business Law Spring Meeting in Atlanta on April 16.
The panel, titled, “Beyond the Bet: A Forward-Looking Conversation About the Legal Landscape of the Digital Gaming and Entertainment Industry,” will examine what the evolving industry of digital gaming and entertainment means for lawyers and their clients across industries. Mr. Mainland, who represents prediction market Kalshi in litigation around the country with state attorneys general and Indian tribes related to the Commodity Exchange Act and federal preemption of state gambling laws, will be speaking on behalf of the ABA’s Derivatives and Futures Committee.
