Before joining Milbank, Mr. Weingarten served as Chief Trial Counsel for the FTC, where he litigated and tried some of the government's most significant antitrust cases, including FTC v. Microsoft/Activision, FTC v. AbbVie, Inc., FTC v. Kroger/Albertsons and FTC v. Sanofi/Maze.
