United Airlines Holdings, Inc. (NASDAQ:UAL) announced the pricing of an underwritten public offering of 39,250,000 shares of its common stock, at a public offering price of $26.50 per share. Milbank LLP is advising the underwriters in the transaction, valued at approximately $1 billion.
The Milbank deal team was led by Capital Markets partner Brett Nadritch and Transportation and Space partner Jim Pascale, along with Capital Markets special counsel Lesley Janzen and associates Alex Youssef, Lauren Salter and Greg Arpino.
