Milbank Advises the Lenders in Financing for Carlyle’s Acquisition of Jagex Limited

Milbank LLP has advised the lenders, including Permira Debt Managers, in relation to the financing for The Carlyle Group’s acquisition of Jagex Limited, a leading developer and publisher of video games based in the UK. 

Jagex, which develops and publishes video games on PC and mobile, is one of the largest and most successful British video game studios and is best known for its online role-playing game franchise, RuneScape, which has attracted almost 300 million player accounts since its launch 20 years ago. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
