Milbank LLP represented the sponsors, Acciona, Cintra and Sacyr, in connection with a $190 million financing for the Peripheral Ring Road (Anillo Vial Periférico) project in Lima, Peru. The proceeds of the financing will be applied to acquire land for sections one and three of the project. The concessionaire is expected to seek additional financing for later phases, including land acquisition for section two and infrastructure works across the project’s three sections.
