Milbank Advises on Financing for Zentiva’s Acquisition of Alvogen’s CEE Business

Milbank LLP advised lenders in connection with the financing for Zentiva’s acquisition of Alvogen’s Central and Eastern European (CEE) generics business. Zentiva is a portfolio company of Advent International.

The transaction is expected to be closed in the first quarter of 2020, subject to the customary approval.
